Classic 1970 Chevy C10 Stolen in Henryetta – Public Asked to Help Recover Custom Truck

Henryetta, OK – July 7, 2025

A beloved piece of American automotive history has gone missing in Henryetta. A 1970 Chevrolet C10, fully restored and custom-built with a cammed LS motor, was stolen from owners private driveway sometime between 9:30 AM and 12:00 PM today. The truck, which holds significant sentimental and financial value to its owner, was last seen at a residence in Henryetta before it mysteriously vanished.

The vehicle, bearing Oklahoma license plate QDX 792, is a striking red classic pickup with modern rims and meticulous detailing—making it highly recognizable.

Despite the presence of CCTV surveillance around the property, the thief (or thieves) may have known the layout well. It’s believed they deliberately avoided camera angles, suggesting the possibility of prior knowledge or surveillance of the location.

The owner is urging anyone who may have seen the vehicle, or has any information regarding its whereabouts, to immediately contact local law enforcement by calling 911, or reach out directly at 539-600-9101.

“This truck is more than just a vehicle—it represents years of dedication and personal investment,” the owner shared. “Please keep an eye out and help us bring it home.”

This theft is a blow not only to the owner but also to the wider community of classic car enthusiasts in the area. Anyone who spots a red 1970 Chevy C10 with aftermarket chrome wheels and a deep engine growl characteristic of a cammed LS motor is urged to report it without delay.

The Henryetta Police Department is aware of the incident and encourages the public to stay vigilant and help keep an eye out for this distinctive classic truck.
